Stainless steel alloy is the most used material for making woven wire mesh, And it is widely used in various industries, acceptable cost and high corrosion resistance are its biggest selling points. Preparation Method
1,Plain Weave: The most basic weaving pattern where warp and weft threads cross each other to form a flat surface.
2,Twill Weave: A weaving pattern in which weft threads pass over or under multiple warp threads, creating a diagonal line.
3,Plain Dutch Weave: Similar to plain weave but with different wire diameters, resulting in smaller mesh openings.
4,Twill Dutch Weave: Similar to twill weave but with different wire diameters, creating a denser mesh structure.
5,Reverse Dutch Weave: Differs from standard Dutch weave with thicker warp wires and fewer weft wires for higher strength and larger particle filtration capacity.
