After 16 years of development, zhehan filter has trained a large number of technical workers,  and has advanced CNC lathes, which can process various types of stainless steel connection. For example, Standard interface (222/220/226), Fast interface link, Thread connection, Flange connection, Rod connection, Special custom links.

1. The slot is even.  Our machine spins at constant speed to reach even slot.
2. The wire size is the same and stable. So all our wedge wire filter tubes are made of same size wedge wire and keep reliable filtration accuracy.
3. Perfect roundness. The filter element with high roundness has high efficiency and is not easy to be blocked.
The connections are made by CNC machine,and we make sure precise dimension and the torerance with 0.01mm.Wedge wire filter tube has two different types,one is positive rolled,one is reverse rolled.Reverse rolled wedge wire filter has a re-rolled construction.  It's wedge wire inside,and suppor rod outside.  The processes are cutting the positive filter tube first,then flatten it and re-roll it,weld it at finally.  The seam between the support rod is still precise as before.
Our engineering team adopted the most advanced welding technology. We called "In one-side welding with back-formation"
the weld of our cartridge product is get penetrated on both of inside and outside.
